Take the A515 north from Ashbourne. After approx 2 miles take a right turn onto the B5056 (at The Bentley Brook Inn).  Look out for a red brick cottage on the left hand side of the road.  Take this left turn, over the bridge and follow the lane round to the left, passing "The Priory".  Swallows Cottage is on your right hand side. Parking by the cottage and just down the lane for additional cars.
